I suppose this could go in either this, the LOL thread or the "Things that piss you off" dept. Anyway, here goes...

I'm dreaming last night that I'm on the ice for the Sabres, it's the playoffs and it's against the Stars (Not revisiting the '99 series as we were wearing our 3rd's/new home jerseys). Ott takes a shot from the far point and I drop to block it. Take it right in the shin guards and could actually feel it. The puck goes to the corner, there's a scrum and it gets kicked back out to the point. I skate right into the slot where Ott is winding up again and before I could drop infront of it, it's coming right at my face so I try to duck back and to the left and the next thing I know, I'm holding the back of my skull sitting up in bed in the same position I fell asleep in. The *whapp* was enough for me to see stars and woke up the Mrs. I've had a headache ever since.

The random thought of all of that? I need to tone it down with the shot blocking at hockey. Which is also kind of an LOL moment as well as something that pisses me off,

Now, time for some Advil...

I have not gotten much sleep over the past few days, so tonight is the catch up night.

I love catch up nights... though they're more like catch up mornings and sometimes afternoons... Tomorrow night will be one for me. I'll have worked twelve hours in three of the last four days and gotten two hours of sleep two of the last four nights with 5-6 hours the other two nights. IT WILL BE GLORIOUS. Cannot wait.

Going to bed for tonight as soon as I post this... ahhh wonderful. I won't fall asleep for at least two hours, though, guarantee it. My circadian rhythm does not appreciate early bedtimes at all (unless I didn't sleep at all the night before, in which case bring it on). I was born for second shift. Unfortunately, I do not work it. If I never worked at all and didn't go to school, my sleep schedule would be constantly changing.
