I'm surprisingly not tired even though I pulled an all nighter for no particular reason.

That is all...

I'm really not looking forward to going home for Thanksgiving...my home town sucks, and everytime I go back, I end up hating it more. I guess it will be nice to see my family, but after 2 days they annoy the shit out of me.

My Thanksgiving will be summed up like this;

1. My brother fighting with his wife over something petty, because she's a fucking control freak
2. My dad bitching about the economy, and having no money, when he's making more money now than he was when he was working. (Basically he's full of shit)
3. My mom yelling at my sister for staying out til 5:30am, and driving home drunk
4. My sister staying out until 5:30am, and waking me up by coming in drunk
5. Me sitting there with my dog, praying that it becomes Saturday morning, so I can finally come back to Buffalo...

But seriously it's all ok, because in another month, we're gonna do it all over again for Christmas! SWEEEEEET...

All of my childhood friends, every single one of them, are married with a child or two with the exception of one, and I bet if we'd never moved I would be in a serious relationship with him. I like amusing realizations. I really want to get together with that that set of siblings again and reminisce, but especially with him because he was pretty much my best friend when I was a kid (along with one of my cousins who is now, unfortunately, a juggalo, and I can't be close to him ever again because of it lolol). Moved away when I was eleven and he was twelve, and the last time I saw him in person I was fifteen and he was asking his mother all day if I would be at that particular social function... and then proceeded to just stare at me the whole night and not talk lol.

Also I like writing some research papers. Fascinating! It's hard to find topics I haven't already researched though, especially when it comes to certain fields. I like this one, though.

I hate lifting...there I said it...I hate lifting. I do too much cardio though, noticed this today when I couldn't lift a 150 pound bag of well water treatment today at the house. I needed to ask my dad for help...when I was 295 pounds I could throw those things around like a rag doll...god damn it!

ok, so. i avoid funerals at all costs. ive been to two in my life, and i kinda blacked them out from memory. i have to go to a funeral tomorrow, and im not sure what i should wear. i was thinking grey slacks and a white button down with a tie. but the stereotype is black. im honestly just clueless.

i also hate dark clothing in the winter because my scalp gets dry sometimes, and we all know what that means.

Your outfit will be fine. It doesn't always have to be black at a funeral, just a conservative, muted outfit in my opinion.

Lol at the education system right now...

I've had more than one person int he past 24 hours suggest that Sweden is not a Scandinavian country. Honestly, what do they teach kids in high school these days?

Sadly it's friends from someone on this board...

Haha funniest part is the dude is from Denmark too, actually I think he's from the Ukraine, one or the other, I don't remember now. So his education wasn't American at all.

I honestly didn't realize Scandinavia wasn't an actual country like I thought instead of the three countries that make it up, since in High School we don't actually have a Geography course at all either, or I didn't.

Did you know that Eric's brother, who was top 10 in his class in high school, thought India was a continent? Yeah, true fact.

In other news... fuck.

Geographically Scandinavia is a peninsula which contains only Sweden and Norway, that's where the name comes from. Nowadays Denmark (connatural language and culture) and Finland are also considered Scandinavian countries.
They all have the same cross in their flags (that's why it's called scandinavian cross).

I'll be cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my family this year because my mom has a broken elbow. My dad is going to be helping out too, but this is going to be very interesting...
