LMAO! Dude, I swear every place of work has one of these types of jerk-offs. There is a guy at my place of work just like this. He has absolutely nothing to do with my department but will drop in from time to time, even though he knows he has no jurisdiction over us and demand reports that he can run himself. He has the same systems as us, but because he is higher in the food chain in another department, he thinks he can snap his fingers and we'll jump.
Recently, he became extremely upset when we had enough and told him to go pound sand. Our negative words and refusal to be his personal assistants made him that angry that he launched a formal complaint against our desk for noncompliance, with the HR dept. HR, then was in touch with us about the matter as they always need to take work situations seriously, should there be a conflict. I, in return sent our HR director something for him…
THE FORM!!

She laughed her ass off because she knows what kind of a sniveling little prickarse he is and told him she'd take his comments seriously and would follow up with a reprimand, should the situation garner it (Sarcasm which he bought right into). All while trying to not bust a gut right in front of him.
To the best of my knowledge, the investigation is on going and HR is still laughing over the matter.
