You guys, I'm about to take an exam in a class that I haven't been to in over two weeks. This should be fun.

I did pretty well on the online quizzes though, except I nearly failed one quiz because I wasn't paying attention and accidently chose the wrong answers even though I knew what the right answers were. Story of my lyfe.

And then I get to see friends in the school musical (Curtains) because there is only person in the cast of over twenty that I don't know. 'Twould be weird not to go, though whenever I see a friend on stage for any reason I feel like a nervous mother.

The Buffalo Sabres ticketing department can kindly go fuck themselves. I waited in the virtual waiting room for 35 minutes (despite being online right at 9) to be "randomly" selected while scalpers got to snatch up tickets to sell at insanely jacked up prices.
Congrats on getting your tickets Jay. You are one of the chosen ones. Glad to see at least some real fans are getting tickets.

i watched the NCAA national championship game with the western team saturday. they were nice, but not michigan fans, so i was kinda.. out of place.

the red wings cant sell playoff tickets, so they are discounting tickets for 30%... true story. i can get someone the code if their interested.

i dont know. the county to the north of wayne county, oakland county, is the richest county in the nation, or was...

detroits a great SPORTS town, but now that the tigers are playing, they are the crown jewel of the sports scene here. hockey is big, but ever since yzerman retired, interest in the wings has really gone down. its not NHL hockey that is big here, its just hockey in general. we have the ECHL, AHL, NCAA, OHL, NAHL, USHL... all within a short distance. shit, even highschool hockey gets televised here.

some tickets are 35 bucks with this deal. so 50 bucks for a playoff game? that doesnt seem too steep to me. and im fuckin unemployed!

I like visiting big cities, but I don't know that I could ever live in the downtown of one. They make me feel again like a little child trying to stay in step with my father while holding his hand.

I could fall out of touch with some of the friends I have now for years and years, but i know that in the future if I ever need a place to stay to get back on my feet, they'll have my back regardless of how long it's been. Everyone should have one friend like that.

I'm tired.

seriously, whats wrong with me

I try and get close with this group of friends, who im almost positive did not know each other for the most part before work, but yet have gotten no where. its not onl this, this has plagued me throught highschool, not being ableto make the friends i want to have, and just for the most part having second class friends who, even at that, m not even that close with. Is there some massive character flaw that makes me that unlikeable? Even on varsity swimming, when we started fresh out. all the seniors seem to be most tight in their close knit group, but yet i find myself on the outside. Even with friends, i jsut feel like all they are there to do is just be there, and they really dont even like me at all, they simply put up with me ntil they can finally escape, and have nothing to do with me anymore. Im leaving the city once I go to UB, into buffalo and im afraid that due to some mysterious character flaw, that this entire cycle will repeat itself, and that i will be alone in my lovely city, with no one, and not even any family
