Yeah, on NHL.com it says Myers got the penalty, and he served it, and it was interference.

And that 4 minute roughing penalty on Gerbe was absolute garbage.

What did RJ say once, "...got the extra penalty for winning?"

Yeah, on NHL.com it says Myers got the penalty, and he served it, and it was interference.

Makes me more sense... The announcer said "Penalty to number 30, Ryan Miller. 2 minutes for interference." which was why it was so effin weird.

Wow, I'm so glad I missed the first period so I could go harass people I don't know for money in 35 degree temperatures and snow. >:(

With both teams wanting more offense, I'm expecting some mistakes. Philly will press more in the Buffalo zone and open themselves up to breakouts the other way. Buffalo's d-men might try too much in joining the rush or pinching and get caught with odd-mans. I'm going to say they combine for 7-8 goals.

question though, shouldnt Hartnell be out of the game since his jersey wasnt tied down?

LOL WHAOOOOoooOOOO

What an epic period of hockey, I am going CRAZY!! Can't sit, voice is raw, nails all bitten off, playoff hockey indeed!!

Gaustad chasing Hartnell around was AWESOME.

Iron Mike Weber representing the Steel City well, he makes me proud.

Bobrovsky is a fucking joke, I doubt he will be back and Boucher sucks too. I told you we would devour him if they opened it up with us.

The power play is awesome, the fucking PK is UNEARTHLY!

Miller made some awesome saves.

You know there's some negative shit we can all dwell on but here' the bottom line.

THEY GAVE US THEIR A+ GAME AND WE DID NOT FLINCH. It's tied. We are poised to win another game in THEIR BARN. Systematically shoving their 106 point regular season right down the toilet and cupping their hand over their ear with an eyebrow raised to savor that flushing sound.

Time to get on the exercise bike for period two, lol I gotta get my heart rate down.

Well look at it this way....Philly got their "full goon" on ended the period with a 3-3 tie and ended up getting their netminder benched.

Honk a huge one for the Goose....owning Hartnell yet again.

Boyes has been fine. Him and Ennis have been generating chances. Good ones, too.
