Pascha and Christmas are on different Gregorian calender dates, because the Orthodox Church(at least the ROCOR jurisdiction which i will enter) uses the julian calender, so while my family is celebrating those days, they will be nothing special to me
(side note, as to avoid confusion later. I acknowledge that I was, in fact, a romanist and defended the catholic church with vigor, but I am no longer one)
