So the company granted me an award for the Month of November and I didn't even know about it until today. The award was for monitoring/reporting Real Time Adherence data for both our site and Montague, PEI. Pretty much just making sure our agents aren't screwing around and abusing phone codes and what not.

Looks like being an RTA Nazi finally paid off :lol:

ive been super down lately, so i decided to proactive about it, and i grabbed my gear and played goal for the first time in a long time. it felt foreign for a while, but i ended up shaking off the rust real fast and it felt really good. im going to start going more and more and get myself back.
