Excellent! That didn't take long. I hope you like it better than the last one.

Hopefully. I'll be working at Autozone now, literally like a mile from my house, which will also save on gas.

the phrase 'leaking like a sieve' bothers me. Sieves dont 'leak', a leak is accidental by definition, a sieve is intended to FILTER, there is a big difference. If you have a sieve that is leaking, well that fucking thing is broken, and you should throw it out. If it correctly filters out the size particle you've selected for via pore size of the sieve, well then, thats what it's supposed to do.

The more you KNOOOOOOOW.

Well I took the Nissan Badge off the front of my car and repainted the mesh black. Looks much better now.
One note, the mesh is not on right, I had it too low in this picture but it's right now.

Oh, and I need a new mirror, I broke it on accident

Just ordered a RaspberryPi after getting on a waiting list :)

Image

It's a $35 computer the size of a credit card.
I will do many bad things with this stealthy device.

Headinto an Admirals game tonight and I guess Adam Mair is playing for the opposing team. I'm gonna go down and see if I can't get an autograph and tell him Buffalo misses him.

Pardon the ignorance, but what sorts of cool subversive things can be done with a device like that? Hypothetically speaking of course.

http://www.element14.com/community/groups/raspberry-pi probably a month or two...they're selling way faster than they can be produced.

Well since it's so small, you can hide it just about anywhere.
Go to a friends house and hide it behind a desk and jack into their network and cause havoc.
Plug it into a corporate network when visiting and cause havoc and / or spy
hide it behind a TV (it has an HDMI port) and turn the TV into a networked device.
augment it with any number of USB sensors or communication links...bluetooth, GPS, accelerometers etc. and use it for any number of custom applications.

question, do you think that(i think you might have already said this) just put in a USB hub?

also, you think this would be good for some more, illegal, activities

Yeah, the B model has 2 USB ports, but it's not as plug and play as it may seem.
It's designed to run linux on an Arm processor, so you'll need some knowledge of linux.

Even though I want to use it for pranks, I imagine mine will spend a lot of time hooked up to my TV...use it as basically a giant monitor for web content.

Yeah, it runs Fedora Linux, which is a pretty tightly managed release...drivers for devices have to be written specifically for Fedora, iirc.

The girl and I are really hitting it off...450 miles of separation, but hey, I am willing to work through it. She obviously seems to be willing to work through it too. 1600+ texts in 12 days...thats not a bad start. I think this could be the beginning of something great, or the beginning of another heart ache, only time will tell. But so far it's looking good.
