Unfortunately it's not that cut and dry, but I agree, the left aligned banner is getting on my nerves.
The banner image but not position are defined in css and it's assigned various names depending on what piece of html or php you're reading so I haven't been able to track it down yet.

oh, and no. The menu position is separate from the banner...I've found that already. Did you want that centered anyway?

Any page you're looking at is built from probably 15-20 different files
I just need more free time ;)

I'm just finding the drop down spills off the edge of the page - you could just move that inward, to sit within the body of the center field...

Oh really?
A symptom of my gigantic monitor I'm sure ;)

EDIT: how's that?

I have to admit, I'm selfish and I generally don't consider small screen sizes, low resolutions or restricted bandwidth when putting stuff up on the intertubes.
I'm so spoiled my smallest screen is a 17" macbook pro

Oh, and Ice already voted for a drop down list so the tabs are gone :)

XC - It's awesome that these links are right here, easily accessible, but . . .

For me, they open in the same window, thus obliterating sabresjunkie. :? Firefox is set to "open new tabs in a new window." I don't think I'm that much of a computer dope. Any ideas?

Sorry to bug you. I know you're not here to hand-hold, and I hope that you can just relax soon and not have us all asking things of you. Thx a million. When you somehow make a M&G someday, your every round will be on the house.

Yeah, it's because it's part of an html function that tells the browser to open in the same window.

Any coders out there know how to modify this onclick event to open in a new window?
Code:
onClick="location=document.jump.menu.options[document.jump.menu.selectedIndex].value;"

XC! I can't believe you don't know how to do that.

Heh...I've never called myself a developer.
I'm a sys-admin, it's my job to blame developers for bad code...not fix it.

Looks like a line of Javascript. I know using onClick=window.open will open a location in a new window, but not sure how that line is working, assuming parts after the = is what's getting the info from the combo box?

Would onClick=window.open("location=document.jump.menu.options[document.jump.menu.selectedIndex].value;") or a syntax variant of that work?

Also is there a way to switch the Preview Submit button?

Like make it Submit on the left side and Preview on the right side, I always want to hit Preview because the left side is what we tend to see first, or at least I do. Plus the preview button is bigger than the submit one.

Can you adjust the size of the Submit preview button as well to make the submit one bigger, if you can, if not well that sucks.

Random question: Are you left handed?

Generally our eyes tend to look toward the right most often - ever notice that newspapers will often have advertisements on the right side of a page, or that big articles on the front page get a column on the right?

I think I'd find myself hitting the wrong button if it was on the left...because it's always been on the right.
