I lived in Tampa for a few years. Tuesday nights were pure raunch, 'til 4 AM. That's where they film a lot of the Girls Gone Wild videos...or so I've heard.

I lived in Tampa from '90-94 and again from '97-99. I definitely know Ybor, and that description sounds about perfect....especially after '93 when it got good..
