Um...she's a far left ideologue that has no business in a leadership position.
She represents the only district, in probably the entire country, that would see fit to elect her.
This is not useful to me. I know where you stand, good for you, really. She's a hypocrite of the highest order, calling herself a "ardent, practicing Catholic" while racking up a career of advocating abortion, including public funding for abortion.
Again, not very useful. I don't know what the orders of hypocrisy are. Clearly you don't like her and want to magnify your statement that she is a hypocrite. Fine. She Lied about the CIA not telling congress about waterboarding when in was
proven she was
personally in the room when such techniques were discussed.
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0509/22654.htmlShe likes to take her family and friends on over seas junkets paid for by taxpayers.
http://www.mlive.com/opinion/flint/inde ... age_t.htmlI think given what's been presented those two are pretty reprehensible, though likely actions not limited to a few politicians.
She likes to paint her political opponents as violent, racist and unhinged.
http://voices.washingtonpost.com/capito ... g_mil.htmlI don't know where you got that from the article or speech. She ran scared from constituents over the summer and said town hall protesters were "un-American" and that they were carrying "swastikas"...which was a lie. This runs contrary to a statement she made in 2006 when she said “I’m a fan of disruptors.” when talking about Iraq war protesters.
Source? She felt that $30 million of the "stimulus" money would be best spent protecting the salt marsh harvest mouse...of course...in her district.
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/200 ... se-cookie/Includes $30 million for wetlands restoration that the Obama administration intends to spend in the San Francisco Bay Area to protect, among other things, the endangered salt marsh harvest mouse. Present the whole story and let the reader make a decision. Don't cherry pick points to slant things towards your views or present the opposing view as ridiculous. Cross "Michael Moore" Check.Should I go on?
She's #3 in line to run the country. If the US were a parliamentary system, she'd be our leader.
I'm not saying the leader of a party in the House should be a centrist, but they should at least be a moderate in their party. She's to the left of almost everyone in Congress.
