I see them blaming anarchists, but I didn't see black clad urban ninja types (except for once, inexplicably holding two fire extinguishers) - I saw drunken assholes in Canucks jerseys from all eras and smiling suburban dickwads.

Also, that mid-riot makeouts photo was staged.

It's not like they have an official uniform. They would most likely wear whatever they had, including Canucks jerseys to fit in the crowd. If they had back packs, any type of mask or face covering beside the shirt they wore, or possibly had the earthy look without having showered in a few days, they may have been anarchists.

Also, by the time video is being taken the anarchists' work is probably done. Anarchists will start things, and then hope the mob mentality takes over so they can either keep it up and blend in or exit stage left without being noticed. The juicy video that we see is well after things got started, so they may be gone.

Heard last night there were only 7 arrests in Boston and only 1 person was arrested for trying to start a riot, only 1. Stay classy douchebags in Vancouver

theres an article i read earlier that says it wasnt.

anyways... super happy for timmy thomas. i was rooting super hard for vancouver, but seeing such an awesome guy (with an awesome beard, by the way) from the area win the cup is pretty awesome.

davison now has a stanley cup winner, and a gold medalist in hockey from it now. not bad.
