It's not like they have an official uniform. They would most likely wear whatever they had, including Canucks jerseys to fit in the crowd. If they had back packs, any type of mask or face covering beside the shirt they wore, or possibly had the earthy look without having showered in a few days, they may have been anarchists.
Also, by the time video is being taken the anarchists' work is probably done. Anarchists will start things, and then hope the mob mentality takes over so they can either keep it up and blend in or exit stage left without being noticed. The juicy video that we see is well after things got started, so they may be gone.
