Is it possible for me to procrastinate more than I already am? You bet it is!

Considering things got ugly in my GDT (like they weren't gonna ;)), I'd just like to say that it still hurts like it happened a minute ago and that I still haven't come down off of the rage and disappointment to let it all out yet.

Goddamn him.

I love Irony.

On facebook there is a group called, "Every time I see you a voice in my head goes SSLLUUUUUUUUUUTTTTT." And this one girl joined it, who is one of those people I know who is a slut and has slept with plenty of guys, and even asked someone I knew if it was bad to sleep with a guy who was really really hot if she had a boyfriend.

So yea, Irony is quite a funny thing.

I had a call from a Canadian today at work after the loss, he was happy and asked if I liked hockey and said yes. Then asked if I was able to see any of the game, to which I replied no because I was at work. He said too bad it was a good game and was obviously happy. I wanted to hang up on him but didn't because his country won and people are allowed to be fucking happy about that without unjustly being punished by someone who takes things and themselves way to seriously.

You know what's weird, that I figured out was weird again this evening? Knowing one person for a long while and then meeting somebody else in that person's family. It's weird because typically people in families sound exactly the same. Each family has its own little accent. Sooo you get used to this one person talking a certain way, and that's the only one who does, and then you meet that person's sibling or a parent and it's like WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT. Disconcerting.

 I'm procrastinating like crazy right now. Oh my goodness. I never sleep anyway, though, so what does it matter. I have a paper due tomorrow and math homework (which I feel is pointless because that class is so freaking easy but I want the A so I'll do it... it's just annoying to have time wasted like that) and haven't started either. HOWEVER, one of my suitemates is in the class in which the paper is due, and she hasn't even read the book it's on yet. She's doing so right now, on chapter three. She wins, for now. I made a goal to never skip class and to stop procrastinating this semester... One half of that has been met. I never really tried to meet the second half, though. It's too much a part of my personality.

My friend messaged me a YouTube vid on Facebook that he thought I would find hilarious (that condom commercial with the dude that looks like Viggo Mortensen), and I was all, "Thank you for aiding me in my procrastination." I am pretty sure he got online just to see if I was so he could send me that video too because as soon as he got on he messaged me, and right after I indicated that I had watched it he said, "well back to work for both of us :) ttyl!" and logged off lol. I'm always on Facebook if I'm not either in class or out with friends and everybody knows that soooooo....

I just realized I have pleeeeeeenty of friends (well, OK, not that many, just relative to how many I have in general) that are older than my father was when I was born. That's an odd thought. I bet he'll be around till I'm about seventy years old.

I'm not having children till I'm at least thirty-five, if I don't get married (which is currently the plan). If I do, I'm not waiting that long for biological reasons even though I would like to for other reasons, but I probably won't so yaaaay. It's all good because a lot of older foster kids (age 7+... 7 is like the cut off age for adoption; after that, it's probably not going to happen) available for adoption would prefer to be adopted by a single parent over a couple due to the fact that those kids really need a close parental relationship and a single parent can provide a closer relationship than a married couple can, which I find really interesting. I see a preference for single parents listed all the time on kids' profiles.

Also my friend's textbook makes me laugh so bad because there's this chapter on "sibling abuse" and it's about all these things that are normal.... I'm like uhhhh chasing your sibling around the house with a butcher knife is pretty standard in my experience. My ten-year-old and eight-year-old brothers do that on the regular. I did the same with my brother closest to me in age when we were little. I used to tie him to a tree and leave him there. For punishment when we fought my mother would make us hold hands. Any kind of physical fight and name-calling is totally normal, and the more time you spend together, the worse it is in general. Just, if someone else tries to do that, they're gonna die. I got into fights with the neighbor kids when they tried to mock the same brother that I would gladly beat up on some days lol. It's just lolololol at that entire chapter in the book. We just laughed and laughed at it while sharing stories of how we'd pull knives on our siblings and say things like, "When I'm grown up and have guns I'm going to go to your house and kill you!" with complete seriousness, but now our siblings are good friends of ours. People are always shocked when a nine-year-old or whatever kills another kid, but really I never am because pretty much all kids are capable of that at one point or another, without realizing the true severity of their actions. If siblings close in age aren't that way, those are some pretty abnormally loving kids coupled with great parents, either that or they're really alike and/or have been through a lot together.

Of course they picked Students of Excellence the one day this year that I DIDN'T go to school!

And I wasn't even really sick! I just needed another two hours of sleep and like another four to do homework.

 As per the usual.
