So fuck off then dude, you obviously are too blinded about Darcy not making blockbuster moves every other at the trade deadline to realize he actually makes moves that can help the team, I think the only year he didn't was the 05-06 run.
You could have made your point without the 'eff off'.
Oh, and for the record, Darcy has made at least one trade every year for 11 years straight. Just tossing that out there for consumption.
You and I very well know when people are completely blinded by the facts you need strong measures to get your point across to them.
OOOOOOH, I'm WHIPPED!!!!
I'll NEVER question the wisdom and infallibility of Darcy Regier EVER AGAIN!!! /sarcasm off/
Squanto, you're right -- he
could have made the argument without the "eff off" . . .
But, as the saying goes, "When a man uses profanity to support an argument, it indicates that either the man or the argument is weak - probably both."
/snark off/
Back on topic:
Darcy has made trades before, tis true, but, rather than making the so-called "blockbuster" trade, they've been for people best described as journeymen -- Steve Heinze, Steve Bernier, Bob Corkum, etc. -- over the years, when people like Theo Fleury and Jay Bouwmeester were available . . .
And, as I mentioned on the other boards, when Regier shipped Paille to BOS earlier this season, he might've considered that his trade deadline move for this year . . .
