Carolinia trades Joe Corvo to Caps for Brian Pother and Oskar Osala.

Washington upgraded on D with 2 new players for next to nothing and still have their disgusting offense.

Yeah, they do look scary.

Still they added third liners who are freaking old and they still don't have a goalie. I do not expect this team to do anything in the playoffs, to me.

Walker is a guy who brings in veteran experience, they upgraded their defense and still are scary on offense.

Their biggest problem is still goaltending, but I'm betting Varlamov does wonders in the playoffs for them like he did last year.

Washington is the team to beat this year it seems at this point. They are scary and most teams will have plenty of trouble containing Semin, Backstrom, Ovechkin, Knuble, Fleichsmann, Green, and their other offensive threats.

As I said in the GDT, the call on Rivet was horseshit. The Bruins player was holding onto Rivet's stick like it was the last fucking raft on the Titanic.
