That list is a joke...a total fabrication. Podolski isn't even on the list, and Donovan has no place there except that it's an American website trying to prop US soccer.

Why would Podolski be on the top 50 list?

And i agree with the Donovan comment.

I don't see Podolski in that list either. He doesn't deserve to be there. Nevertheless, I will still do some betting on the soccer world cup and my favourites so far are Brazil, Germany and Spain. I think it will be one of them who takes the title home.

Podolski is one of the top players on one of the top clubs in the world. I'm not saying he should be on the list, but he's pretty close to #50. Seeing as he's seven times better than Donovan, it was an obvious comparison that invalidates the list.
