i liked his game. i heard his name alot, and that means he was somewhat effective. then he assisted on the game winning goal.

he played hard, and played effectively. no, he didnt get a hattrick, and hes not going to get 80 points this season. fine by me. the sabres are 1-0 with him in the line up, and i think he was part of the reason.

It was his pressure with Mike Grier that lead to the Mair goal.

He then assisted the GWG in overtime.

I'd say it was a good first game, even if he did look slightly lost at times. That's expected for a first game.

funny. Weren't you one of the guys chastising darce' for using video scouting?

Manning the machine gun on the Tyler Myers Bandwagon - just in case any teams have an idea of prying him away from us (3 GM's shot already)

I don't think so. If I did I was an idiot.

Technology these days is pretty nifty. Does anyone have any idea what this video scouting system is really like? We're not talking about just watching raw footage.

For a guy who's immovable in front of the crease, he spent very little time there. Why he wasn't on a PP unit doing exactly that is beyond me.

Should have included an indifferent option. I saw no reason to dislike the game he played on Friday.

I can't wait to see him tonight since I missed the Philly game.

And with video scouting you get to see more games of the kids playing also, or you have dedicated guys just taping that player only.

But if you can watch all 50 games a year instead of just a few you'll get to pick up on other players that might not be in person scouting who are pretty good. you still have guys going to games, but being able to watch all of a team's games you get to notice everyone on that team also.

Raffi was lost for most of the game, completely. Learning the system in a dozen games won't be an easy(or fun) process. I'm sure this guy didn't even unpack his luggage.

He hit some people tonight and was pretty noticeable for a bit.

He sure has energy and heart just like Patty. I like him and can't wait to see the playoffs with him and this stretch run.

Sabres Savior, I doubt, but he brings in a much needed physical game and heart.

He was a wrecking ball in the first period, and was OK the rest of the game. Had some good chances at times.

dial 202321234 for yes, Raffi is a wrecking crew, or
dial 2023432354 for no, Raffi is not a wrecking crew.
I'm for any guy who wrecks one of their guys while trying to weaken them, so he can get down low???

Say hellz ya.
