It's like Ottawa and Buffalo are in a battle of who can play worse down the stretch, seeing who can do a better job at choking away the division lead, and Montreal is just going to swoop in and take it while the Sens and the Sabres are too busy dicking around. Problem solved!

For as much as it's dissapointing not building a cushin between us and Ottawa, the Sens fans must be going 10X more crazy.. Here the Sens are 3 points back from the Sabres AND have 2 games less, and with the perfect opportunity to catch or take the lead from them they just can't win and are getting blown out by each team..

But this ain't no pity party.. It just might come down to what happens in our 2 remaining games with them.. KILL OTTAWA!!

Ottawa lost in regs to Atlants, 6-3. All the Sabres have to do is not choke this game away and they've got five points on the division.

Well now that we have 5 points on them, we need more. A little win streak would really help out there. A win against Ottawa next Friday would help too, maybe include it in a nice little 6 game winning streak, but it can be longer, of course.

If Miller and Myers were playing like they did last year, we'd probably be over 500 right now.

If I had decided to jerk off instead, I probably wouldn't be paying child support...

We still have two games against Ottawa, which is scary. However, if we win even one of those games, the division is over.

Even if, by chance Ottawa wins both games in regulation, the Sabres would still have a point lead AND 2 games in hand :D We're in good position...

Let's not forget about Montreal. They've caught fire lately.

They caught fire and Ottawa was put out.

Boston most likely won't be in the picture for much longer either.

Yeah. It would pretty much take a monumental collapse at this point.

We all know the Sabres are perfectly capable of that.

Surprisingly, I disagree with you. Players turn pretty clutch around this time of year.

See: Miller, Pominville. If I'm not mistaken Grier is decent in the postseason.

9 points, kiddies.

Let's see the boys make it 11 with a 4-point win over Montreal on Wednesday.
