I know a lot of people wanted to keep these forums quiet because they didn't want trolls to be around.

But at the same time, without any publicity, we'll be destined to contract rather than expand.

I also think it's a busy time of year for people. But come playoffs, I'm sure this place will be busy again.

I know that personally I've had a lot going on lately, so I haven't been here to post much.

I've had a lot going on lately. Was away on Spring Break and now in the last month and a half of school, the work load is piling on. I still find time to come on here and read, but haven't found much time to post. Come playoff time, I'm sure I'll be posting a lot more.

Honestly, it doesn't concern me all that much.

You definitely miss people who you enjoyed, but turnover does happen.

I've been posting on the Sabres forums since 2003, and even long time posters come and go.

Hockey Night in Buffalo

Not that many would miss me here, but the main reason for my non posting ass has been since MM and I made it back to NS, I've been battling a sinus infection like my life depends on it. This shit, I wouldn't toss onto anyone. Not even a member of the Sens. Ok, maybe one of them. But no one else.

Ok, Maybe a leaf player/fan. But outside of that, no one.

As for the topic at hand, for those who chose to leave this grand ol place, I'm sure they had their reasons. And if they as well as their views meant as much as many of us claim, then we should respect their not wanting to post/return anytime soon and give them their needed space. I know a lot of this has to do with the US/Can game and the shit show which took place afterwards. Hell, since then, I've hardly been on here because of the crap which went down. But it's in the past and I post when I can. Mostly when I’m not riddled with yellow snot and Kleenex up my nose.

Things will happen, people will come and people will go, it is what it is gang. What it boils down to here is that we respect each other and the views of our fellow person. The sun will rise tomorrow regardless who is here or who is not. But it all comes down to respect.



So for the fallen posters or those who have chosen to take a leave of absence, let’s have as much honor and respect for them, just as much if not more than as we wish they would return.

Time heals everything. But beer also helps. Now where did I put that box of kleenex?

Also, we have to realize its that time in the season where no one is that stoked on the games anymore. We're in the playoffs, looking pretty good in 3rd place, relatively healthy, and nothing too big is going on. Its basically just the waiting game. I gaurantee the boards will pick up as soon as the first round of the playoffs start. It might even spark some veterans to make some returns.

Why don't they just make this message board public so anyone can see it that way you can get more people to post on here?

What do you mean by public? We do have people who have shown up randomly that weren't associated with the WSOD.

It's been a running story on the other forums that we exist now, so all that would be left would be to actively pimp the site on Google, I guess.
