They can now finish 0-0-10 coming home and still clinch the division.

they probably only realistically need one win to clinch a playoff spot

They're as good as clinched. 3 points is all they need.

Fuckin a... I left with like 8 minutes left only to have my dad come in looking smug and say they won 3-2 in a shoot out. FUCK.

I've left twice before...both times were with under a minute left, and the Sabres were down 2 and 3 goals. Only reason I left was because I had Joshua with me.

ive ever only left a sporting event early once. it was in the top of the 9th, and the tigers were down 9-1 to the tampa bay rays. the tiger first basemen just dropped the third out, and allowed the 10th run to score. out of sheer frustration, i threw my hat in the air and stormed out of comerica park.

A lot of people left early...which made it a lot easier to drive out of the parking ramp after the game. :)

One stat I wanted to change yesterday when they showed it on TV...it said Giveaways: MTL - 2, BUF - 10. It should have been MTL - 2, Montador - 10.

That dude couldn't keep the puck to save his life. But then I forgived him.

 Looks like that is what Lindy is saying in your Avitar, Maestro!

Ready to toss my beverage at the TV last night in frustration for sure. But then I was like :D and almost lost my voice in happiness.

2 dirty points right there, now take them last 3-4 minutes from last night, and stretch them into a full 60 for tomorrow night! We've proven we can do it, so do it!
