Sprint's customer base has been falling behind rapidly for about 3 years. There are plenty that do like them, but it remains to be seen what will happen with them going forward. They're hitching their wagon to WiMax, when all other US carriers are going towards LTE. That could be a significant disadvantage for them.

Dammit Sprint... I'm on a plan with my dad and he won't switch because they give him a good deal because he owns his own business. Oh well maybe ~someday~ I'll get an iPhone...
