I've noticed that almost every thread bashing/criticizing/slightly negative about players have worked out in said players favor this year. Hecht and Tallinder made massive turnarounds, and now Tyler is a minor god.

How come it doesnt work as a team? They have been getting criticized since Briere and Drury left and it took them 2 seasons to get their shit in gear. (well last year we would have made it but still)
