It's a shame, because I really enjoyed not liking the guy. He's earned a little bit of affection out of me.

I like guys like Edwards who are really knowledgeable about the game of hockey, it doesn't bother me if they show that they are fans of a team.

Its the Boston homes like Gil Santos and Gino Cappaletti who are just painful to listen to. They either gloss over the pimples of the Patriots and ignore them or they whine like Bob Mathews to a factor of 10.

What is Edwards suppose to say to a Buffalo talk show? That the Bruins will sweep Buffalo? He just does not want to start shit up, I much rather have heard him say the Bruins would win just to add heat to this playoff series.

Edwards has a reputation of being a pretty stand up and honest guy. If he truly thought the Bruins would win, he'd have said it.

Still he is the biggest homer next to RJ and Mikey Redmond in Detroit, I expected him to say it.
