There's a slight possibility Boston Bruins forward Marc Savard (Grade 2 concussion) could return to the lineup if Boston advances to the second round of the upcoming Stanley Cup playoffs.

"Let's put it in perspective," said Chiarelli. "Savy's had some good days lately and you don't want to rule him out, but he's still a ways away. He has to have a certain number of days [seven] headache-free and then he has to go through an excursion test. I know he's chomping at the bit. I talked to him yesterday and he sounded great. Its great news that he's recovering now and I'll leave it at that."

Savard suffered the concussion on a blindside hit by the Penguins Matt Cooke on March 7 in Pittsburgh. Originally it was thought Savard would miss the season because the injury was so severe, but according to the report he's still experiencing intermittent headaches.

In order to return to the ice, he will have to be symptom-free for a week.

Joe McDonald covers the Bruins for ESPNBoston.com.

they are like a poor mans U2 in my opinion.

At this point, I'd rather listen to The Goos than U2 - with The Goos, you aren't getting the lead singer's politics bashed over your head repeatedly until you conform or turn it off.

Plus, I'm a huge fan of Robby Takac the guy.

Takac is the fucking man.

My sister dated him before the goo's made it big.....one day they were in our back yard cooking hot dogs on our grill, and i came home....My sister was like ,"Hey, Kev this is Rob"......I was like "Oh, hey dude"

I had 4 sisters (above average looking according to all my guy friends), so needless to say I got tired of the zillion guys calling and coming over....So Robbie was just another dude back then...lol

I'm a big fan of both bands. I've been able to see both of them live too =]. U2 is AMAZING!!! live.
Goo Goo Dolls dedicated a song to anyone from Buffalo, N.Y though at the Tampa show =]. There were a lot of Sabres/Bills stuff at that show =].

For sure....I am hardly a big fan of U2, but back in the early 90's 97 rock broadcast a live U2 concert on St.Patty's Day from Dublin Ireland (which I recorded on cassette)....I have a collection of about 800 tapes....most of them live concerts.....And this show probably ranks in the top 10......THEY PUT ON A KILLER LIVE SHOW

Dear Buffalo Sabres,

Zedeno Chara gives puppies aids and is the cause of the recession. Keep that in mind for tomorrow. George W Bush would have placed him in the axis of evil. Kaleta, be an American hero, and take him out.

Sincerely,

Sleeveless in the South Towns

How much of a clusterfuck is the parking with Party in the Plaza happening? Like if you're pulling in 20-30 minutes early...?

I dunno, man...I'm not worried, though. We'll most likely be parking up on Main and taking the train down.
