Another bad second period by the Sabres and I'm turning this gutless pack of pussies' shitshow off.

Amen. Ruff NEEDS to tell them to play awesome in the second and BETTER in the third.

That would be right up there with every great speech EVER! Even Herb Brooks would approve!

"Hey guys...dudes? Listen, I need more awesomeness in the second, and better awesomeness in the third. K?"

loll

Darcy should have a very interesting off season because two of his top 6 defenseman are unrestricted and this team needs some scoring help with size.

Stay away from Ponikarovsky, he's a dog.

They do need a little more bulk up front...

Well, the Sabres don't look confident at all. They seem hesitant to go on the net and in their forecheck. And when they do, they make bad decisions leading to odd man rushes for the Bruins...

Overall, I'm not excited at all this year. They don't play with the same magic from 3-4 years ago. That's probably why the HSBC was so quiet all year long, it's like the fans all knew the Sabres did not have what it took to win the big games this year.

It's not like I'm giving up on them, but I'm disappointed so far... Rant over. I hope I'm wrong :)

whao...hide the sleeping pills and 5th of vodka!

I think this is their best forecheck of the series so far, and they have gone to the net hard!

People, the Bruins D is HUGE and the Sabres have diminutive forwards. So it's going to lead to a lot of lost battles, but they are supporting each other and getting to the pucks first, it's a good froecheck.

I'm not questionning their effort in the corners, but their decision making and their confidence.

It seems like they don't play well enough to have the confidence to go making plays on offense, they try to because they know they have to but it isn't going well. I just think they are thinking too much.

buffalo led in shots 14-10 somehow.

dacry made strides to make the team better. trade gerbe for size. or bring up mancari next season.

Looks good to me so far. They just need a bounce and a call or two.

Late in the 2nd they had a 3rd man high to prevent those nasty center slot one timers they gave the Bruins over and over again. I don't care who the goalie is, sooner or later those shots are going in, like widemans did.
