I noticed when looking at the moderating team there is a column for "Rank."

So you can assign people to be like The Grand Poobah of Split Pea Soup and you haven't?

well, all groups can have a "leader", not so much a ranking.
But yeah, I've never set one since I don't think it has any effect at all.

He has to do it on the backend, although there's probably a mod or something to allow users to do it.
