In the past few days, I have endeavoured (rogue Canadian u!) to correct several factual inaccuracies regarding the Zdeno Chara page. For example, I have seen no evidence to suggest that Chara is capable of speaking English. It seems I am not the only editour (it returns!) that can be accused of taking creative liberties with the Chara page.

While I agree that the most recent edit may in fact have been conjecture, the previous edit regarding "The Call of the Chara" is in fact an observed phenomenon documented by the good folks at wgr550 in The Buffalo Memorial Auditorium. I will in fact link to the recording of this phenomenon when I have access to my bookmarks. Perhaps I should have included this link in my initial edit.

As for my response, this is what is known as a Joke and was not intended to be a justification. In any case, I see that you are a hockey fan. I think we can find some common ground. For example, this pages may be of interest.

I used to delete the entire article for Aerosmith and replace it with "Aerosmith sucks." Then they IP banned me. I hate Wikipedia's crusade against the truth.

You're more likely to get away with an edit if it's an addition. When you delete something from the page, it gets checked much more quickly.
