I thought you only get that kind of officiating in Montreal. I guess I was wrong.

This team has a mental problem. Buffalo took the lead in 4 games and only won 1. Today again a 2 goal lead blown. Of course the officiating was brutal but they could have won this game nonetheless....Unfortunately Rask is playing better than Miller in this series, even though Miller is the last person to blame this shit.

What a fucking stupid penalty to take...but for some reason I recall that there have been a few of those in the playoffs so far. But just a dumb fucking penalty to take.

You didn't watch the game.

I did but never saw most of it, I don't really care. This series should not be 3-1 Boston

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

The core of this team is not good enough to seriously contend and many know it. Their season record was a nice surprise, but let's get real.

They need to make SUBSTANTIVE CHANGES in the offseason and get some SOLID TALENT/VETERANS, not role players at the deadline.

I still cannot believe who are on the first 2 lines for this team.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Not at all, we need a go to guy to put the puck into the net. We need another guy who is going to put the puck into the net and get that winning goal or tying goal with 5 seconds left to play.

We haven't had one since Drury left, we needed one now.

I cannot imagine being an elite goaltender and having my Cup hopes dashed because I'm surrounded by average guys who cannot get it done when the chips are down.

Now Miller knows what Michael Jordan felt like when surrounded by very average Chicago Bull teamates in the late 80s.

It sucks and he does deserve better. It's the nightmare scenario for a great goaltender.

The Sabres played a great game. Just have to build off that.

Once again Buffalo gets jobbed by the officials. We're never going to win a cup if we have to play every playoff game 5 on 9.

I'm sick of this...that's on Darcy...he builds a great regular season team...but he knows that they don't call shit in the playoffs. So stop drafting midgets and get half the current midgets off the roster.

In this case, the problem was them calling shit that never should have been called. Your point is moot.

The Bruins lost a playoff series on the same call last season. It should have been called.

Agreed but losing in such a heartbreaking way can kill this team

that's why Hasek complained and ended up going to Detroit....Miller will do the same thing and I don't blame him.

I'm just saying, Miller being aggressive and coming way out of the crease is one of the reasons why he is so successful. If you want to nitpick certain times where he'll get burned, well yeah, that's going to happen. But it is what it is. That's how Ryan plays, and you can't just split hairs and pick and choose. If Miller makes that save you wouldn't be saying how he should play deeper in his net.

Dude the onus is on the DMEN for letting Satan skate in on goal like that.

while i dont disagree, Miller coming that far out wasnt the brightest move hes ever had.

They really did play a great game except when it really counted. The oh-so-dangerous 2-0 lead they lost in the first 6 minutes of the third is definitely something they have to account for.

Also, I see Boston vets making a difference in this series, where are the Sabre vets?

Miller gets paid $6.5M to play goal. Lydman and Myers get paid to play defense and take on forwards and break up plays.. Either one could have taken Satan out and things would have played on.

He had to come out because of the horrible way his defense was. Blame the dmen, cause that is what I'm doing.
