I went to the game, and the difference in noise from the inside and outside was slim. We were still chanting Boston sucks, Tuuuukkkkaaaa, Chaaaarrrraaaaa, and MILLER MAKES THE SAVE!

LET'S GO BUFFALO!

WGR is interviewing Grier. His number one concern after having the puck hit his head was that he might have deflected it in.

omg. the plaza was nuts tonight. so much fun though! The energy was so amazing that I didn't even mind when a crowd surfer was dropped on my head. There was quite a bit of crowd surfing tonight, this random guy tried to get me to agree to do it, but I felt like staying on the ground...It was a fantastic setting though. I loved it so much more without the tent. So much easier to see, and while there's a lot more people, you're less cramped. It was an amazing night.

I actually went to the game, and walking to the car was AMAZING. People chanting in the streets and people riding in their cars hanging out the doors yelling LET'S GO SABRES!
Electric.

It was incredibly electric. It didn't get any quieter once I got back onto the metro after the game either. Everyone was still screaming and chanting Lets Go Buffalo. I've never been so squished on a metro train before, but nobody even cared that they were pretty much on top of each other, everyone was just so damn happy. I love Buffalo.

What surprised me was how on TV, it looked like there were a lot of BOS fans.
I don't understand why they would have a signifcant amount, given how passionate Buffalo is about the Sabres, how far away Boston is, and how the Bruins are not that popular.
They're fourth in Boston and not a national team like Detroit.
