Well, I guess it could be he doesn't want to hit, but still. Maybe Connolly should be out?

It was a good move. The guy brought size, grit and goalscoring to a team that lacked plenty of each. In hindsight, yes, this didn't work out. It was a fucking shrewd move on Darcy's part, though. Name someone else that would have done better, other than Kovalchuk.

The pickup wasn't too bad, Darcy couldn't know that he has a worthless mentality and doesn't care to play for the sabres.
