I disagree, he's as soft as they come and will do ANYTHING to avoid a hit. Besides the fact he's extremly streaky and I dont think he'll ever be the player he once was, bye bye timmy(i hope)

They will let him ride out his last year, then he'll walk or get dealt at the deadline. (IMO)

He is one of the 5 players or so on this team who doesn't wear a face shield. He is not afraid of contact, I don't know what Timmy you've watched at all.

What? By that logic, Kaleta is 'afraid of contact' since he wears a shield.

That has nothing to do with anything. When's the last time you saw Connolly finish a check in the corner? When's the last time you saw him go into a scrum and get dirty trying to dig a puck free? When's the last time he took a hit to make a play?

Nothing went Connolly's way either...what if his shot didn't ring off the post in overtime?
