I'm beginning to think that I'm going to be stuck living in a storage area if I don't find an apartment soon. Every sign I saw today I called, most were out of my price range. The one apartment I was able to look at today is about the size of a closet.

My living situation next year is really going to suck. I really do try to make it work with people but it just doesn't. It's like pulling a rubber band taut and then letting it go. I can only try so much but there is just zero relation there with the people I'll be living with, and I can handle living with just one of them but with all three oh my gosh. They'll be fine with each other, but I know I won't be. This happens already in the friendships that exist, without living together... only from my perspective, though, and I wish I were not this way.

OK done venting.

I did a depressing research paper on what happens in a family when a parent/both parents die, and I have decided that I don't want my parents to die for a while. I'm an adult in the sense that I am independent, but I'm the oldest, and my brothers are ages 8-18. That paper was a debbie downer. The two youngest would, more likely than not according to all the data on the subject, end up having interesting lives while as the oldest I'd probably end up dropping out of college, or at least transferring to UB or an online school so I'm not in Indiana 65% of the year... Yikes.

Yeah, anyway.

All eyedrops are is a saline solution with like 1% of some sort of anti reddening chemical.

My job sure knows how to make their employees feel under appreciated. Well at least me. Despite the fact that I've been there for 2 years and I'm a damn good employee who is always honest, cordial, on time, reliable, dependent, and I get along with all of my managers and co-workers. But for some reason they can't give me a break. Why am I still even working there? It's a part-time, minimum-wage job. Fuck that.

It's Friday night. 1AM. I'm sitting here with a bottle of wine and Edges of Twilight on the stereo. It's gorgeous out and all the windows are open. Life is good at this moment.

My left eye is super red and it looks like I've smoked hella weed. It is literally that red.

It keeps watering and crustys are forming on it, it might be a reaction to when I put my contacts in for an hour or so yesterday, but it's been bothering me all day. And the right eye is perfectly fine.

The left eye also bothered me badly with allergies also and the right eye never itched too.

i second this post. my job is the same way. the kicker for me is that the owner is an idiot who (as far as i know) doesnt know how to actually run a business. ive lost all faith in the company and either need a new job or need to get this freelancing thing going.

Went to the doctor yesterday, anxiously awaiting a diagnosis based off of my MRI test results. He basically told me that I need to quit my job because it's too tough on my back. I said that if I did that I wouldn't have any health benefits to pay to get my back fixed. He laughed, I didn't.

It's almost 4:30 in the morning and I have a feeling I'm going to be pulling an involuntary all-nighter on a Friday night. Was so tired earlier, but now have been trying to sleep for two hours and still wide awake, brain seething. Yuck.

This video is sad... though I am pretty sure that that cat was trying to get it on with the other cat's corpse at some points. That kind of took some of the impact away for me.

I think it's pretty close to this image for me in terms of sadness:

Sometimes we're all a little masochistic.

last summer i caught 4 treefrogs at my friends house and released them in my yard, because ive never seen treefrogs in my subdivision. so what do i find today? one of the treefrogs i released. this makes me very happy. though, when i caught him, he peed on me. well, it works. i released him right away.
