Myers was playing with Cumiskey yesterday. That was great to see, two former Rockets playing together. Myers was a little shaky through the first 40 but played better in the third. Probably just a little nervous.

Speaking of former Rockets, on CBC's HNiC pregame show yesterday, they did a report on Josh Gorges that had bits and pieces of praise for the Kelowna Rockets becoming a top-flight defenseman factory...sound like a conversation we've already had, J? ;)

Who doesn't make that phone call? Um, Calder trophy winner, logs 23+ mins. per game, a plus player, and can skate from end to end with the puck...oh and he's 6'8".

I'm sure he'll get a call, but I imagine if he doesn't that there's gonna be a couple more Canadians in the unemployment line.
