Oh my gosh I know so much about freaky diseases and stuff from watching shows like that and reading up on things and oooohhhh man. All of it is so fascinating (actually, pretty much everything is fascinating, not just that kind of thing, but it's one of my favorite topics of study outside of sociological and cultural things). When I wanted to be a geneticist in high school it was because I wanted to do research on what causes several of them (harlequin ichthyosis was my main squeeze). That girl is really an interesting case. If they could figure out what's causing it, they could potentially do a lot of good, but it's just a complete mystery.

I really want to go to an art gallery. Have for a while now. I also wish I had a room made of mirrors like that little thing you can go inside at the Albright Knox (which, you know, why does the Jackson Pollock there have to be one of his ugliest ones?).

I don't actually know. It was rather arbitrary.

You know, I see how nationalism can be a pretty good thing sometimes, however there are many people who take it way too far. It's fucking ridiculous.

Today is going to either be a sigh of relief, or the biggest wrench in the works I can imagine.

So, let's see if this makes sense.

I just finished doing a power point presentation that took me a few hours to complete and it looks real nice. But I don't have the motivation to drive to campus and present it. LOLWUT. I don't know. Maybe he'll let me present it during exam week when we have to turn in our final papers.

Penguins fans are rather racist towards Sabban from Montreal right now. The photo shop thread on their main page is in poor taste.

I hit the backboard on like three shots and the rim on one. The one where I hit the rim, it actually hit the inside of the hoop and came out. I did have several very good defensive breakups, though.

Subban's a helluva kid and he's going to be fun to watch for years to come...when the Habs aren't playing the Sabres, that is ;)

the vin scully award was handed out today. it was already decided who would win it.... very surreal that harwell won it the day after he passed. he was picked to win it months ago... just so surreal. it honestly feels i was punched in the gut.

i never met him, he was simply a voice on my TV and radio. why on earth am i THIS affected by his death?

cherish RJ while you can, guys. seriously.
