Clone of "Bitter American" by the 21st Amendment on the left and my first attempt at a witbier on the right.
Bitter American is a twist on an English bitter but hopped West coast style.
The witbier has tons of flaked wheat and oats, dried chamomile flowers, coriander and a ton of orange and lemon zest.

The wit may possibly be the best beer I've ever made and it's starting to irritate me because it's a chick beer

When I started homebrewing I bottled exactly once before switching to kegs...it's a pain in the ass. Occasionally I'll fill a few bottles from the tap for taking out to parties or to send to competitions.

That's my cat Grant in this picture taken last Christmas. He is going to be dead by the time I get back from Russia. I don't like that at all. He's thirteen and I remember when he was born and when we got him. He has cancer and is apparently to the point where he spends all his time on a pad on the kitchen floor and needs to picked up and brought to get food and water and use the litter box, though he still purrs loudly when petted. He was perfectly healthy when I was home on spring break. Blaaaah.
