I have no idea if I should date this one chick or not. My only problem is she is not 18 and I am. She is a bit younger than I and I know the whole age thing doesn't matter, but that more so implies to both being over 18.

It's not like I just want to have sex with the girl, I actually would like to date her, but it is definitely jailbait. :(

Take the age of the oldest person in the relationship, divide it by two then add seven. If the resulting age is less than or equal to the age of the younger party, then it's okay.

The age of consent in North Carolina is 16. Who gives a fuck about age differences. The only beef I have is young people tend (but are not always) to be stupid.

I was hanging out with her on Friday anyways, and the only thing that held me back from making a move is her age and it could land me in jail.

Yea I know Phil, heck at that point it all depends on what her parents would say.

I met her from a friend who is my, or one of my closest friends, and she is in the band I was in, and that is the only reason I know her.

I know Alex. I've had some of her friends tell me we should date or at least ask me if I liked her before.

I had known this girl since she was like 9 years old though and her parents so they knew and liked me.
