I didn't even know there was such a thing as vehicular feticide. Either way, I think she's a moron, but I don't think you can send someone to jail for that. If this were an abortion, it would be considered a late-term abortion which is pretty disgusting.

If someone were to injure her resulting in her death and subsequently the death of her baby they would be charged with both deaths.

I'm pretty sure late-term abortions are banned at the federal level, so regardless if she terminated this baby medically or this way, she should be in trouble.
