im rocking soccer cleats for softball, simply because i hate shoes that come up to my ankles. i like looowww, thin, small shoes.

so these shoes, nike mercurials, are all yellow, like highlighters. then i got some red knee high socks. im gonna look AWESOME.

I never had issues, I love my metal cleats. They just don't work on turf very well.

well, i need traction, but also give. my ankle is wound tighter then a golf ball now. im afraid a simple catch could tear what they reconstructed.

Played goalie in street hockey today for about two and a half hours straight. There were two teams and I was the only goalie.

ive done that before, its great.

i tried organizing a hockey game on very short notice (18 hrs) and failed to no real surprise. next week is a planned game and should be better.

...if anyone wants to come from buffalo to play, i offer room and board for the weekend.

I was at a party last night, came home at 8 AM, passed out and woke up to a phone call at 2 PM saying that I need to come and play goalie. So I have no idea how long it took to organize, but I didn't really do anything to help with that.

I just got done with my last preseason game of inline. Wound up with 12g and 12a in 7 games. A very good showing. Last year I had 6g and 11a through the same number of games.

I've gotten a lot better at skating with the puck, and just plain hockey sense.
