I love my new 9630 Tour...my corporate verizon guy advised me to absolutely not get the storm when I recently upgraded.

I didn't like the storm either; it *is* slow. That being said, my brother is the guy that designed/programmed that theme and built the video, so I just wanted unbiased opinions

Well, it's a very slick iPhone theme for the blackberry for sure.
He did a good job.
I can't really speak for the storm, but most themes that are available for the BB suck (well free and cheap ones anyway).

EDIT: make sure Apple doesn't see that video...is he selling the theme? I can see potential legal issues

Yeah, my verizon guy said the first storm had software issues that caused performance problems so RIM's solution was to make the storm 2 with a faster CPU and more memory but they didn't fix the software issues

I'll never buy anything but a blackberry. I've had one since my first phone, the 7290. and i've got a pearl now.


Contract expires in july, I think I'll move on up to the bold.


PS never buy first generation technology, bugs galore.

i doubt ill ever get another blackberry again. i hope the nexus one comes out for verizon, or the iphone does.

i really dig the HTC evo4, that would be nice for verizon.

He'll be selling the theme; he also developed the iBerry theme that has been selling for a long time. Problem is, the guy he worked with screwed him over and kept all the rights. Luckily, my bro was new to BB programming, and the theme has tons of lag. Apparently, the BePhone theme doesn't.

That being said, I have a BB Pearl, and I think I might just move up to the Pearl 3G when it comes out. The new iPhone is intriguing, but the battery life absolutely blows when you have 3G on.
