To be honest I'm in a terrible mood right not. Normally I would like that soreness but I'm way out of shape, I can't eat solid foods because of my braces (teeth don't touch), can't sleep right because of the braces and I have tons of obligations that are even harder to meet because of it. I'm just taking it one day at a time and holding out for that time in every workout plan when your body makes the switch from fighting it to liking it.

Yup did the plyo on day 2...did yoga tonight. Almost put my head through my piano but I made it through. Feeling pretty good though.

I'm going strong on day 16. Just picked up some endurance powder from GNC so I can get more out of the workouts. The weights I'm using are getting heavier and I'm pumping out more reps each time. Seeing some results, nothing ground shaking but I can see an improvement.

So unfortunately I'm bumping this thread from the depths of hell...

Down to 183 this morning. Planning to get back onto my MMA Circuit training, I started a new program not to long ago, and am seeing decent results, but I'm really not happy with my stomach at all, and don't do enough core. My arms are getting bigger, my chest is leaner, but abs, ass, and thighs are not shaping up like I want.

Also starting a new supplement stack (as if I didn't take enough already), gonna experiment with a thermogenic, fat burner, and recovery supplement stack. I wouldn't mind hitting the 170 mark; but my main goal is that 8-10% body fat range, don't so much care about the stupid number (weight), just want the visible results.
