It's amazing how much the little things can tell you about a person's real identity and personality

We love the Hawks, and we'll always love the Hawks; we just learned about the Hawks this year!

Curse you for ever posting that video, Woz.

Did the graphics take a step down from the gamecube zelda game?

I know that if I disagreed with a certain point of view, I wouldn't be a big enough dick to concentrate the majority of my posts in a thread made for members to peacefully discuss that view...

The graphics have improved, but the style is more impressionist. The game's art direction is an homage to Cezanne, I understand.

If I had the money I would buy the forthcoming 3DS just for the revamped Ocarina of Time (same game, better graphics, as I understand it).

If I had the money I would buy the 3DS anyway. I'm sure my brothers will end up getting it for Christmas or something, though, so I'll just be able to play it when I visit lol. I already play the DSi with some frequency.

I haven't been hugely into video games since I was, ehhhh, thirteen, because the GameCube was soooo underwhelming, and I'm not into FPS games online all that much, which is mainly what my brothers have... Recently they got Assassin's Creed 2, though, and oh my gosh that game looks awesome. I'm planning on starting a game of that tomorrow when my parents and two youngest brothers ship out to Albany-ish to visit relatives and I don't have to try to wrestle one of those two away from the 360. It's a lot easier to get game time with my older brothers because one of them is in college and has his own laptop, and the other prefers the games on the computer my family has anyway.

As armpit-of-America as northern Indiana is, and as much as there is absolutely nothing redeeming about that area and probably the entire state from an economic standpoint, I might end up staying there after school.

I put my two weeks notice in on Monday. I am sick of fast food so I'm quitting, even though I don't have a job lined up.

I get paid on Monday, and then will get a last check two weeks from that check. Both are going to be close to 400 bucks, so I'll be fine for a few weeks since I don't do anything, if I don't find a new job in the next week in a half.

Jobs are overrated. Join the unemployed club.

Dumb idea, Sky. I made a mistake in handling the situation at my former job, and trust me when I say I'd rather be working and earning a paycheck than looking for a job and collecting unemployment. Never, ever quit a job without something lined up.

I know, but the work you do at a fast food restaurant is not worth the pay.

I hardly ever spend any money in the summer anyways. I pay 30 bucks maybe ever two weeks for gas, and that's about it.

I'm going to every place an applying, it'll suck, but it'll be much better than working fast food.

Egh, I don't want to imagine working at B and L again, even if I wasn't earning unemployment.

I finally worked for the first time this summer today. Felt amazing. For the longest time I was told I didn't have a job there anymore, and then people started needing time off because it's the summer. :P And one of the employees that works days is going on disability soon, so eight-hour shifts will open. Weeee.

I'm going to need time off soon enough, though. My grandmother is rapidly dying. :( I thought she'd go yesterday because it was exactly five years since my grandfather. Heh.

I'm pretty sure that bloggers are the only decent journalists anymore.
