How can he let in two goals on just 15 shots? He needs to get his shit together. Any help in net tonight and we get two points. That deflection in OT? How do you miss that? He fell asleep on the job.

This just proves that it was a mistake to sign him to that big long-term deal last year.

That OT goal was major bullshit, and Gionta knew it by stating "we'll take it".

The first goal was bullshit too...Sekera pushed that guy into Miller and the puck followed.

For me, the so called veteran part of the team fell into the usual mediocre style they have been allowed to get away with...30 foot shots....dump the puck and skate for a line change....get rid of it quick before I get hit. The younger guys, the rookies were the animal team tonight. Both goals against were bullshit goals, but to out shoot what, 35 to 15 and loose? really................ I hope it changes, but it seems, already, like the same middle of the road crap of the past two years. I hope I am overreacting, I really do. Just seems like another...well its only one game...and we did get a point...all is well.

I just dont understand why their first "goal" wasnt reviewed. Isn't there an off-ice ref who's supposed to watch for crap like that and call for a review? Or did my memory just make that up? Whatever, what the fuck happened.?

Sekera pushed him into Miller. Miller had the save, but was knocked off essentially by his own teammate. Apparently.....

:snooty: I watched the Moen goal over and over again to see where he was "forced" into Miller, but never found it. Even the Canadian announcers said he fell on his own before ramming into Miller, and that the goal was highly questionable at the very least.

Yeah, I don't see how you can score from in the net, which has been pushed back into the boards, after you ran the goalie.......
