Some of you guys have to accept, in the midst of your hateration, that UFAs have a choice to play where they want to. For many of them it doesn't matter what another GM offers if they want to play somehwere in particular or with someone in particular.

These are details we usually never know about. Don't ANY of you guys think about this stuff while fuming over Darcy and the front office? It's a serious question, because these rages dominate this forum and very few, if any, show any deep thought about the topic - just venting by keyboard.

Yes I do think of that and player decision doesn't explain every single year we see nothing coming to Buffalo. Granted players, personal choice and the like effects these deals but are you trying to tell us that Darcy has tried every year to make the moves we need and the results we have seen reflect individual choice rather than a lack of respectable offers? I'll go along with players prefering one destination over another and that you can't just grab anyone you want but come on, Darcy is guilt free?

1. Free agents don't want to come to Buffalo. At all.

2. Darcy's most pro-active years were during Quinn's termination from the organization.

From what most players and former players have said, they love living in the Buffalo area. Good people, good schools... etc. Management.. now that was another story. So yes, I vent about Darcy because he is part of the problem that stems from ownership.
