Next year can we not create this thread until we actually sign someone, because this thread has simply become a big punch line thread? Maybe we need some deformed penises up in here, because nothing is going to happen??

Well I will be the first to say Welcome Grag's as the powerplay quarterback. How did I know Darcy wasn't going to go after any high end free agents on defense. I still will be shocked he if signs one. It makes sense really they just drafted a couple more d-man and you still have McNabb in juniors. This team has too many d-man in the system and Darcy and company figures let's give Weber, Grag's, Sekera and Butler those spots.

Toni Lydman had arguably his best NHL season in 2009-10, pairing up as the Buffalo Sabres' top duo with Tyler Myers.

But now, they'll have to look elsewhere, as Lydman has signed a three-year deal with the Anaheim Ducks. It's unknown whether this will increase their fervor in attempting to sign Henrik Tallinder or if they'll look at completely new options.
