My hopes:

We sign Pavel Kubina.
We can sign Ponikarovski, or Frolov he's still there.

and i distinctly remember making a crack about myself instead of spouting off at someone who was making a funny. When you make a post that simply says "I want Bobby Ryan" then someone posts "fag" right after it's pretty damn funny. Anywho.....moving on.

I'd honestly go for Poni. He's probably cheaper and addresses our need for size at RW.
I'm doing as best I can to get back on track here. lol.

I've vehemently stated my disgust with that idea in other threads. He's 6'4", 225lbs., but he is not willing to pay the price in front of the net at anything remotely approaching a consistent basis. And there's no edge to his game. The team would look bigger on paper, but on the ice it will have become softer.

So is he like a Kots? You'd think he'd crush people with his size but he's actually a puss?

You know, for all the bitching and whining about Darcy never making any big moves, many people overlook the fact that three of the biggest recent free agents busts since the lockout (Drury, Briere, Campbell) Darcy had the foresight not to overpay for....

To whoever reported that Kubina deal being close, do you have links to these twitter sources? It seems too good to be true.

When he squeezes the Charmin, the store owner just shrugs his shoulders.
