It's really not critical - I was just bustin' on ya.

But, to be honest, I'd like to have a personal preference setting that allows one to view better than 40 posts (50? 60?) per page.

Lazy much? Yup. That's me...I find i much easier to scroll through a bazillion posts and have greater continuity, than have to load the next page. Especially during the Game Night Threads.

Just me, though. No biggie. :D

I don't think that's configurable on a personal level but it is on a per forum basis.
If we made a forum just for GDT's I could set it there.

Cleared the cache and reloaded - Nope. Running IE7. Still off-center...

Weird...I just tested with safari too and it's centered.
I think that banner just hates you.

The new centered banner and black outline really improve the already-fantastic aesthetics of this place. The black border especially makes it feel like forums.sabres.com. The new buttons look great, too!

Kudos!

What browser do you use?
Every one I've tried has it centered now...I've just restarted the web server for good measure but that's not what's caching it.

Oh, and have you tried ctl-refresh? That should force your browser to re-download all the page items.

I'm on Firefox V3.0.14, I've cleared cache through browser tools. As for Ctl-refresh, i'm not sure what you mean, I dont see a 'refresh' button on the keypad, so i've done it by pressing control and the browser refresh button, that didnt do it either.

Personally I could give two shits about such things, Just chimed in so ice wouldnt feel like his browser is out to get him or anything.

Well, Ctrl + F5 is working for everyone else, it seems.

Your Firefox is wonked. I suspect nargles are behind it.

Is that like "Press ANY key" and there is no ANY key? ;)

I'm off center too, but that's nothing new :shhh:

Everything is working great. :)

Any reason why the images had to be converted to gifs from png? I'm sorry you had to do that, if I had known I wouldn't have put them all in the wrong format. :)

Why are we disallowed to post images greater than 1000 pixels wide?

Because they don't automatically resize and anything larger than 1000 pixels would make the page stretch and add a horizontal scroll bar.

/I should just investigate auto-resizing to remedy that.

Because it was easier to reformat them then it would have been to change all the code references.
It's not a big deal...reformatting in photoshop I can handle ;)

I swear to god I just replied to this and it's now gone. Damned post zombies, coming and eating the sweet brains out of my posts.

ANYways, I think I just discovered what the prob is for me. I usually have the text size on my laptop browser set to zoom in twice, when I reset it to normal (no zoom) the banner is perfect. (I want online text at one resolution, and desktop stuff at another resolution, thats why I dont just change the native resolution things are displayed in for all of my laptop, if that made any sense.)

Ice? Is there any chance your problem is caused by something similar?
