Most Belgian beers have their own glass.
Most general styles also have their ideal glass.

More important than the glass is the serving temperature though.

There's a reason you need to drink some shit "as cold as the Rockies"...because if it starts to warm up you may actually taste...mediocrity.

Today during Inception, a guy pulled out his phone and was playing on it. It was irritating my enough but I was focused on the EXCELLENT film, so I was ignoring it. The guy behind me, however, marched down 12 rows to tell this dude to turn his shit off replete with vigorous gestures.

The dude marched back to his seat victorious, and Douchey McDistractionarium kept his phone off the rest of the film.

I find it funny, on my NHL 10 game, after three seasons with my Be A Pro, the only remaining Buffalo Sabres from now are, Thomas Vanek, Derek Roy, Drew Stafford, Ryan Miller, Jason Pominville, and Marc-Andre Gragnani.

Also keep in mind I started my BAP before the roster updates so the default rosters were first so no Myers or Ennis on the team when I started, or Gerbe, or Kennedy from the beginning.

How am I even still awake.

School starts in a matter of WEEKS! YAAAY!

I had very mucous-y saliva today, and all I could think was how awesome it would be to have saliva like that when I was a kid and competing with my brothers and cousins to see who could let his spit drop the lowest without having it drop off/become disconnected from his mouth before slurping it back up. Someday I will probably have children with whom to perpetuate this competition.

There is an Apollo Theater exhibit open at the Museum of American History when I will be there. I love the kind of music that theater birthed. Excited.

I just installed Songbird and it's goddamn fantastic. It makes not having WinAmp so much easier to deal with, and it's got a built in browser. I can queue up a playlist and troll idiots on YouTube without leaving the program!

Fucking douchebags. I hate some people that come in to the theater sometimes. It's fucking ridiculous. So this guy gets a small popcorn asks for me to fill it up half way so he can put butter on it and bring it back to fill the rest of the way blah blah blah. He looked kinda drunk to me but he didn't really do anything out of the ordinary so I didn't care. He walks away and I figure someone else will help him with the popcorn since I had a line and I was the only one on register. So the next people I get ask for a small popcorn and I go to get it, and this guy who had been running for me during the night was getting one and I was like, oh is that mine? And I thought it was the one for the people who had just ordered. So I took it and gave it to them.

Then, the guy came up and was like where's my popcorn? And I realized I had given it to the lady, but she had already eaten some so I had to dump it out and refill it. Then the guy fucking freaked out on me. OVER POPCORN. He started screaming, legit fucking screaming at me saying he wanted is goddamn popcorn and I was making him miss his movie. He slammed his fist down on the counter and kept screaming. Then I was still helping the people who were still at the register with their order and they asked for seasoning and I gave it to them. And he got pissed further and was like "YEAH YOU GET YOUR KETTLE KORN SEASONING BUT I DON'T GOT MY POPCORN." I felt a mixture of fear, confusion, anger, and amusement. I mean I've had people at the theater yell at me before, but never like that.

Finally I got him his fucking popcorn and just to prove I was the better person in his douchebag face I gave him a huge smile and told him to have a good night.

Then the people who ordered proceeded to tell me, "you know what, fuck him." That part was awesome. lol.

The end.

instead of "vampire inspired girl film mentioned here" you should see Inception.

I am not the only person that is very private about ridiculous things. Apparently it also afflicts others with my personality type. HAHAHA. It annoys the crap out of my family and friends... I mean, stupid things, like what I had for dinner or how I spent my day or what book I'm reading or what song I'm listening to or what websites I frequent. I'll sometimes share things randomly, but if I'm asked... nope not getting anywhere with finding out a thing. Or, I mean, if asked to provide stuff that fits in a certain genre I will, but I'll rarely add, "Oh, I love that song," even though I usually do if I know it by heart haha. I don't understand why. Neither does anybody else who is afflicted by it. I feel the way I did when I found out that everyone apparently also goes through a phase at some point where sunglasses are a must most of the time because they hide the eyes, enabling more privacy (distinction: not because the person doesn't want others to know what he's looking at; that's common... but because you can see who a person is in the eyes or whatever). I went through that phase when I was 11-13. Such random crap that you wouldn't think is related to personality... the more time I spend browsing forums the less weird I feel. :D (in theory and on the internet; in person and irl it's a bit different haha)

Also I have a headache and it's weird because the only time I've ever gotten headaches in my life was when I was sick for nearly my entire ninth grade year with some illness. Tomorrow will be my fourth day with a swollen throat, and tonight my head started hurting, I lost my appetite, I'm starting to lose my voice sort of (can't scream or sing but my speaking voice is unaffected), and there is general fatigue/malaise. I think I would rather have some sort of illness where puking is present. I HATE sore throats. Talking and swallowing saliva become events to work myself up to, and it's sore when I'm not even doing anything, and it's just stupid. If it's still like this the day after tomorrow I'm going to a doctor because my symptoms are beginning to be the same as strep though I wouldn't call this pain unbearable as strep apparently is (never had it) so I'm hesitant.

Also also am very excited to (probably) see Inception tomorrow. :D I don't have a cough or anything, so I'm not too worried about infecting anyone there if I do have strep. I've been washing my hands pretty often. I'll just bring some hand sanitizer with me and use it before handing my ticket off.

Lol, I keep them myself from my selfmanifested awesomeness...look it up, awesomeness is a word, and as a selfmanifested man I should be; infact able to; issue my own man cards, and you all can blow me for the difference....

Jay, you're not allowed to issue your own man cards if you've watched that terrible movie.

I will fully admit that I've seen the first Twilight movie... but to laugh at it's ridiculous stupidity. The acting is dreadful. Kristen Stewart has not, and will never be able to act. Furthermore, she always plays the same exact roles in every movie she's in--awkward, sorta depressed weirdo teenager. Yeah, she plays the awkward part well, but something tells me that isn't her acting. She can't even portray happiness well. In the movie when her dad gets her a truck, it appears like she's trying to be really excited over it, but quite honestly it just looks like hammy, unconvincing acting...and she doesn't even sound remotely excited.

Rob Pattinson is hardly any better. Though this has nothing to do with his acting ability, he's ugly as fuck. Even without the pale ass makeup, he's still ugly. And he's not a particularly good actor either. In Harry Potter, he doesn't even stick out in my mind as far as his acting goes. He was just there to be a pretty face and die. Then in Twilight, he just plain sucks. And don't even get me started on that gay glittery scene where he sparkles in the sunlight. I was laughing for 10 minutes straight over that. Very little of the acting in the movie seems very genuine at all. Maybe the acting improves as the movies go on, but somehow I doubt that.

Even the plot is the most ridiculous thing ever. I don't understand how girls can fawn over this, when quite honestly it's kinda creepy. He creepily goes into her house and WATCHES HER WHILE SHE SLEEPS. They barely know each other for goodness sakes! She gets her panties in a bunch when Edward doesn't show up to school for a week and somehow she feels like its the end of the world. SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW THE GUY. LITERALLY. SHE SAW HIM FOR ONE DAY. AND ON THAT DAY HE LOOKED AT HER LIKE SHE SMELLED HORRENDOUS. WTF MAN?! Even a portion of the book I read said something along the lines of, he told her he'd go into her house, get her car key, drive her car to school, and leave it in the ignition...all so she could get home since Edward was going off somewhere with his vampire-y family. Pretty much everything about that sounds creepy and illegal. It's a stupid plot, and a terrible book. If you want to read good literature, read 1984, Catch 22, A Brave New World, the list goes on and on. If you want to read ridiculous drivel that belongs in the trash, read Twilight.

For anyone who wants a laugh: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2L253VLwH3w&feature=PlayList&p=7CCC01B887254707&playnext_from=PL&index=1
Watch all of them. Trust me. It's worth your time.

Wow. Was not expecting to go on a Twilight rant, but I guess my anger and annoyance from this weekend bubbled over, so there you go lol. Don't worry, though Jay. I'm still your friend, with or without your mancard. :) hahaha.
