it should also be noted the kalamazoo river is flooded due to extremely severe storms last weekend (with several tornado touchdowns)... the oil is expected to reach lake michigan, which means, in some way or another, you guys in western new york could be affected someday.

obviously, being kalamazoo was my former home, this one hits close to home.

I found this online today....as if there wasn't enough going on. I didn't know about this one in MI.

i actually drove over the kalamazoo river thursday. as we passed, we saw them cleaning the river, and then the smell of oil hit us like a ton of bricks.
