I just wanna futher extrapolate on my comment about Satanism vs worshipping Satan. Satanism isn't about worshipping Lucifer, it's about being the opposite of a Christian. It's about living as you see fit, ignoring the rules of God-fearing religious institutions, and being indulgent in one's own passions. A proper Satanist would never sacrifice anyone or anything to a being they don't truly believe in.
